Joburg Ballet is delighted that dancers from WGRUV Dance Company will be augmenting Joburg Ballet for the Don Quixote production at the Joburg Theatre. Sharing the stage with WGRUV Dance Company aligns with Joburg Ballet’s ongoing endeavours to forge closer ties between the ballet company and the broader dance community. We look forward to having the WGRUV dancers on stage with us for what promises to be a magnificent production.

Joburg Ballet is proud to present ballet superstars Marianela Nunez and Vadim Muntagirov of The Royal Ballet in the great 19th century ballet, Don Quixote. Nunez and Muntagirov perform 6 Oct 7pm and 9 Oct 2pm.

WGRUV Dance Company is proud to announce the ethereal and captivating "Beyond Dreams," a mesmerizing contemporary ballet and Spanish production that will transport audiences to a world where fantasy and reality seamlessly merge. This groundbreaking performance promises a truly unforgettable experience. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy original choreographic works by former Paul Taylor principle dancer, Michael Trusnovec. Other international choreographers include Tyler Gilstrap and Dominic Walsh, as well as WGRUV Dance company choreography by Holly and Lex Gruver and the collaborative efforts of the dance company members along with Carli Olivier for an energizing and inspiring night at the theatre!
